It is hereby notified to all concerned that henceforth, all cheque issued by Finance Department will be dispatched by Registered/Speed Post to the Firm/Supplier/Contractor through Post Office for which a sum of Rs. 25/- and Rs. 30/- Postage and handling for local and outstation dispatch respectively, will be deducted from each bill.
Inscription of complete postal address in the sanction order is therefore mandatory, all administrative and academic department issuing sanction order are requested to ensure compliance to the same.
