  1.

 Enhancement of Hostel Accommodation

At the begining of the 2007-2008 session there was shortage of Hostel seats and many students were about to give up their studies for want of Hostel accommodation. With full understanding of the seriousness of the emerging problems of accommodation for the newly admitted students, the MZU Authorities had taken special interest in finding new hostels (Gents' Hostel at Ramrikawn and ladies' Hostel at Chaltlang) and hence prevented many from giving up their studies. The speed at which the MZU authorities took up the matter was highly appreciated by the students' community.
